Verifying an MPAC Employee
Every MPAC employee is issued a unique identification card that they wear both while in our workplaces and while conducting property inspections across the province. When inspecting a property, the MPAC employee will identify themselves using this card and explain the reason for their visit.
The person pictured and named on the front of the identification card is an employee of the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) and has the right of access to property and information pursuant to section 10 of the Assessment Act. Contact us for further details on these permissions.
If you believe the person presenting the identification card is not who they claim to be, do not provide them access to your property. Call our Customer Contact Centre immediately.
For an added level of authenticity, security features have been included in the design of MPAC employee identification.
Notice: We’ve recently updated our employee ID Cards
MPAC has recently refreshed its employee ID cards with a modern look while maintaining the same trusted security features listed above.
Both old and new cards are valid as we gradually phase out the old design.
