2022 PIER Campaign: Key Dates and Resources
2022 Property Income and Expense Return Campaign begins May 13
Each year, MPAC requests rental, income and expense information from various income-generating properties through our Property Income and Expense Return (PIER) program.
The information collected through PIER allows us to capture the key data required to deliver accurate and consistent property assessments and supports our analysis and review of market changes and valuation parameters that will inform the next Assessment Update.
Our 2022 PIER campaign will run from May 13-July 15. Property owners who receive a PIER request letter are required to submit their information through the online portal, available through AboutMyProperty, by July 15. Learn more about how to submit your PIER information.
The following resources are available to help with your submission. If the information you are looking for is not here, please contact us.
