Contact Us Notice - Property Owner Information

You are visiting this page because you have recently been contacted by MPAC through a notice and are being asked to call to confirm details about your property.

Why?

As an owner of a property, it is critical that MPAC has the correct information on file so we can ensure that your assessment accurately reflects the current state and condition of your property.

You are being asked to contact us to address one or more of the following:

  • You have taken out a building permit that may have resulted in physical change(s) to your property,
  • MPAC requires information on your purchase of this property,
  • MPAC needs to verify additional property information

How do I make sure my property’s information is correct?

Please contact us and one of our assessment experts will assist you. If we do not hear from you, we may be required to estimate the property details and complete the assessment.

How do I confirm the current information MPAC has regarding my property?

To see the information we currently have on file for your property, please log into AboutMyProperty using the roll number and access key found on your Contact Us Notice.
