Purchase order terms and conditions

The standard terms and conditions set out below are included in each purchase order (PO) of the Municipal Property Assessment Corporation as part of its contract with a supplier of goods and/or service (vendor).

Any vendor terms and conditions do not apply unless MPAC agrees in writing.

When terms and conditions exist under an existing written contract between MPAC and the vendor in respect of the goods and/or services (as applicable), these terms and conditions shall not apply.
