Strategic Plan

MPAC's strategic plan features four pillars that guide us in delivering on our commitments of accountability, transparency and customer focus:

  1. Putting our people and culture first by implementing an Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism policy, and implementing new strategies for workforce and workspace planning and succession.
  2. Delivering continuous operational excellence through innovation of MPAC’s technologies and processes, and elevated data quality. This will give MPAC the tools we need to deliver on market valuation and value-added insights.
  3. Elevating the property owner and stakeholder experience by exploring new data insights, expanding value-added services and reaching out to Ontarians to help them understand MPAC and what we have to offer.
  4. Unlocking opportunities to drive value and additional revenue by exploring commercial opportunities for MPAC technologies, which will reduce MPAC’s reliance on funding from municipalities.
