- Ava Tsang | recipient, Continuing Academic Excellence Award ($4,000)

- Jacob Hum | recipient, Continuing Academic Excellence Award ($4,000)
“Congratulations to this year’s Continuing Academic Excellence Award recipients! We’re incredibly proud to support the children of our employees as they take meaningful steps toward their academic and career goals,” said Natalie Blake, Vice President, People & Transformation. “Investing in education is a powerful way to strengthen families and build thriving communities, and these awards are a reflection of our commitment.”
As part of the application process, applicants were asked to submit their school transcripts, write an essay detailing their chosen field of study, share their thoughts on mentorship in a second essay, and provide letters of recommendation.
The recipient of the President’s Award was selected among the top applications and earned one year of mentorship from President and CAO, Nicole McNeill.
Since the Continuing Academic Excellence Award program was introduced in 2001, we have awarded scholarships to more than 100 deserving students, who are also the children of full-time permanent MPAC employees.
