Provincial representatives on the MPAC Board of Directors

These are the current provincial representatives serving on the MPAC Board of Directors.

Jon Olinski (Vice-Chair) Jon Olinski (Vice-Chair)

Mr. Olinski is a professor and Program Coordinator for the Public Administration program of Seneca College’s School of Legal, Public and Office Administration. He brings a broad background in public affairs and human resources, with over 18 years of experience in the post-secondary education sector. Actively involved in his community, Mr. Olinski currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Luminus Financial Credit Union, and has previously served as Director and Vice-Chair of the Richmond Hill Chamber of Commerce, as well as Director of the Town and Gown Association of Ontario. Mr. Olinski holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Angila Ruskin University, is a graduate of Conestoga College’s Business Administration-Management Studies and Human Resources Management program, and holds multiple management designations from the Canadian Institute of Management.

Nazmin Gupta Nazmin Gupta

Nazmin is a senior commercial real estate executive with over 20 years of experience in the institutional commercial real estate industry.  She currently serves on the Board of Governors of Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU)  and is an Executive-In-Residence at R-Labs Canada Inc., a venture studio focused on launching technology enabled businesses in the real estate and housing industry. 

Nazmin is the CEO of Ashiana Holdings Inc. and has spent the majority of her career in leadership positions at global institutional commercial real estate asset managers BentallGreenOak, TD Greystone Asset Management, and Morguard Investments Ltd.  Her expertise includes growth strategy development and execution; institutional real asset management; fund structure and management, sales/capital raising; marketing and strategic communications; and new product generation. 

Nazmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Wharton School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Nazmin holds an ICD.D designation and has completed the Director’s Education Program from the Institute of Corporate Directors and the Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto.
