Impact of Canada Post service disruption on MPAC

The Canada Post service disruption will affect all incoming and outgoing mail, and the delivery of upcoming MPAC notices may be delayed.

If you think you should receive a notice (see reasons listed below), we encourage you to log in to MPAC AboutMyProperty™ to view your notice.

To register for the first time, you will need the roll number and access code from a previous notice. If you don’t have a copy of a previous notice, you can call MPAC’s Customer Contact Centre at 1-866-296-6722, Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The types of changes that would prompt a notice can include:

  • New property or updated roll number (property severance/consolidation)
  • Update to ownership data
  • Updated to assessed value, classification, or tax liability
  • Update to mailing address
  • Update to lot dimensions
  • Update to legal description
  • Update to property location
  • Update to school support
  • Update to occupancy, taxable tenant(s)

For a description of these reasons, visit the Notices and Notifications page.
