Procurement policy

The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation’s (MPAC) Procurement Policy ensures that goods and services including construction, consulting services and information technology are acquired by MPAC through a process that is fair, open, transparent, geographically neutral and accessible to qualified suppliers, subject only to the permitted exceptions set out in this policy.

The policy also provides direction to individuals and MPAC business units to ensure consistency in the management of procurement processes and purchasing decisions by MPAC.
